SUMMARY:2025 Bruce Edwards' Trade and Equipment Show
DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, March 20\, 2025 the Downriver Branch of the APWA will hold their Annual Bruce Edwards’ Trade and Equipment Show. The show’s success over the years is due to your continued support. \nThis year’s show will be at Detroit Metro Airport Maintenance Facility\, Building 705\, Romulus\, MI 48174. The show hours are from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We will be open at 7:30 AM so exhibitors will have ample time to set-up. Be sure to dress warm as we are in a Maintenance Building. \nThe rates for booths are as follows:\nAPWA Downriver Branch Members\n10 foot by 12 foot $300.00 or 20 foot by 20 foot $400.00 \n*Non-Downriver Branch Members\n10 foot by 12 foot $325.00 or 20 foot by 20 foot $425.00\n*Includes 2024 membership dues to the Downriver Branch \nEach booth space will be provided with a 8′ table and 2 chairs. Electric is available\, but you will need to provide the extension cords for your booths. \nBooths will be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Please select an appropriate size booth(s) for the type of equipment you plan on displaying.  National APWA requires a copy of your general liability\ninsurance naming the APWA as additional insured\, this will need to be forwarded to Downriver APWA\, P.O Box 1807\, Taylor\, MI 48180. \nContributions are also being accepted for the Branch’s Student Scholarship Fund. This year there will be no charge for the luncheon for both attendees and vendors. The food truck lunch will be served from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. \nVendors are encouraged to bring trinkets to give away and/or bring items to raffle. The Equipment Show raffle is at 1:30 pm at the registration area. You are welcome to bring items to be raffled to the\nregistration area or you can do your raffle any time during the Show. This is a great way to collect business cards and leads at your booth
